We were trying to build a menu that fit our dietary needs—100% plant-based and gluten-free—without it feeling like a depressing list of restrictions. We wanted food that was nutritionally balanced, well-composed, and actually exciting to eat.

We quickly realized how exhausting it is to constantly calculate what's missing from a plate and how to fill those nutritional data points. If we were spending hours trying to figure out how to make our meals complete and satisfying, we knew others had to be facing the exact same dilemma.

So, we decided to stop stressing and start building a solution.
